Common Help

Joining a family

Ask the family owner to create a caregiver invite code in the app. Open Baby Relay, go to More, tap Join with invite, and enter the code.

Missing family data

Make sure you are using the latest TestFlight or App Store version. If your app shows an empty family after an update, ask the family owner to send a new invite code.

Deleting data

Family owners can delete family data from inside the app. Caregivers can remove their own device from a family.
