Baby Relay helps parents and caregivers record and share baby care information, including feeds, sleep, nappies, bottles, medicines, notes, incidents, baby profile details, and caregiver invite activity.

Information We Collect

Baby Relay stores the baby care information you enter into the app. This may include baby name, birth date, care logs, notes, medicine records, caregiver membership, invite status, and device-based authentication identifiers.

We do not require an email address, password, phone number, or social login to use the app.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide the app's core features, including showing your baby's care history, syncing data between joined caregivers, managing invite codes, and keeping shared family records up to date.

Sharing

Baby Relay only shares family data with devices that have joined the same family through an invite code. Anyone with access to a valid invite code may join that family, so only share invite codes with people you trust.

We do not sell personal information.

Storage and Security

Baby Relay stores app data using Convex cloud infrastructure. Device authentication details are stored securely on the device where supported by the operating system.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid entering highly sensitive medical information. Baby Relay is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Data Deletion

Family owners can delete family data from inside the app. Caregivers can remove their device from a family.

Children's Privacy

Baby Relay is intended for use by parents and caregivers. It is not intended to be used directly by children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
