Design Portfolio keeps FTSE 100 stories consistent across corporate reporting, investor communications and websites. Manual review couldn’t scale. They needed a platform reliable, repeatable, and secure enough to pass infosec.
Working closely with the agency to meet the brief, we designed and built a custom AI-powered platform that analyses a company’s communications across its full public estate. It assesses how consistently and effectively a company tells its story across reports, websites and other collateral, surfacing gaps and misalignments that manual review would take weeks to find.
The agency’s team points the AI tool at a client’s public communications. It runs its analysis against criteria the agency defines and refines themselves, with no developer needed, and returns clear, prioritised, client-ready findings that go straight into client conversations. Every analysis is repeatable, so results can be tracked and compared over time and across companies.
The platform was deployed entirely on the agency’s own Microsoft Azure infrastructure to meet strict security and data-residency requirements, and passed their internal infosec review. Brief to production took a few months.
